July 2026 Cree Camp

tawāw- to registration for our 22nd anniversary Cree Camp immersion taking place July 19th – 24th, 2026 in Saskatchewan. Location will be announced closer to camp date.
Our gathering will include a camp set up day and take down/clean up day (2 half days) along with four full days of language instruction, interaction, and engagement. Learners will be grouped by proficiency which will be assessed prior to camp. We will continue to have an awāsīsak camp focused on play and have invited kēhtēyak to join us.
Please come prepared and commit to the duration with out interuption! This is the true meaning of ‘Indian Time’, a matotisān perhaps, medicine picking, canoeing, etc.
We offer six teachers with their own stations focusing on their specific language teaching methods, along with a children’s camp.
6 days – 6 teachers – 7 methods – mamaskats!
Please note: Camp gear and food is not included. Meal preparations will be arranged at a later date.
